How can users be added, managed, or deactivated in the AIV administration panel?

In AIV, administrators can manage users through the three dots (⋮) properties menu. Here's how:

1. Edit User Roles:

   • Access the menu next to a user’s profile to quickly update their roles.
   • Change permissions (e.g., from "Full Access" to "View Access") or modify resources they can access.

2. Deactivate User:

   • Deactivate a user without deleting their account by selecting the deactivate option.
   • This prevents them from accessing the system while keeping their records and activity logs intact for future reference.

3. Landing Page Access:

   • Manage a user's landing page through the menu to customize what they see when they log in.
