Creating or Adding New Users in AIV

To create or add new users in AIV, you need to have administrative privileges. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Access the Administration Panel

• Log in to the AIV application with your administrative credentials.
• Click on the Administration tab in the top navigation menu.

Step 2: Navigate to User Management

• In the Administration panel, click on User Management from the left-hand sidebar.
• This will take you to the User Management page, where you can view a list of existing users.

Step 3: Create a New User

• Click on the Create New User button at the bottom centre of the User Management page.
• Fill in the required information, such as Username, Email, Password, and Role.
• Click Create to create a new user.

Step 4: Edit User Roles and Permissions (Optional)

• If you want to assign specific roles or permissions to the new user, click on the Edit button next to the user's name.
• On the Edit User page, you can assign roles.

Step 5: Save Changes

• Click Save to save the changes and create the new user.
