Creating or Adding New Users in AIV
To create or add new users in AIV, you need to have administrative privileges. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Access the Administration Panel
- Log in to the AIV application with your administrative credentials.
- Click on the Administration tab in the top navigation menu.
Step 2: Navigate to User Management
- In the Administration panel, click on User Management from the left-hand sidebar.
- This will take you to the User Management page, where you can view a list of existing users.
Step 3: Create a New User
- Click on the Create New User button at the bottom centre of the User Management page.
- Fill in the required information, such as Username, Email, Password, and Role.
- Click Create to create a new user.
Step 4: Edit User Roles and Permissions (Optional)
- If you want to assign specific roles or permissions to the new user, click on the Edit button next to the user's name.
- On the Edit User page, you can assign roles.
Step 5: Save Changes
- Click Save to save the changes and create the new user.
