Administrators can assign and manage user roles in AIV by configuring access levels with the following options:
- Full Access: Grants users complete control over features or modules, allowing them to view, edit, delete, and manage resources.
- View Access: Permits users to view resources and reports but restricts them from making any changes or modifications.
- No Access: Completely denies access to specified features or modules, preventing interaction with those resources.
These options enable administrators to customize user permissions based on their role in the organization, ensuring appropriate access control.
