Process are:
- Payment Processing: Please allow 2-5 business days for the payment to be processed and the funds to be cleared by AIVHUB LTD.
- Customer ID and Account Creation: Once the payment is cleared, you will be issued a unique customer ID and your support account will be created.
- Account Activation: Your support account will be activated, and you will receive an email with your login credentials.
Getting Started with Support:
- Login to Your Account: Once your account is activated, you can log in to your support account using your customer ID and password.
- Submit a Ticket: You can submit a ticket through our support portal at https://aivhub.freshdesk.com/support/tickets or email our support team at support@aivhub.com.
