Why am I not receiving messages from AIV?

If you're not receiving any messages from AIV, follow this guide to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Notification Settings

    • Verify Notification Preferences: Ensure that your AIV notification preferences are properly configured. Navigate to the Notification or Messaging Settings and make sure you have opted in to receive messages for relevant reports and events.
    • Enable Email and Alerts: Ensure that email and in-app alerts are enabled for AIV notifications. Check that you’ve selected the correct communication channels.
  2. Check Your Spam Folder

    • AIV notifications may accidentally land in your spam or junk folder. Add AIV’s email address to your safe senders list.
  3. Confirm Communication Preferences

    • Verify that you’ve chosen the right method of communication (email, SMS, or in-app alerts) within the AIV platform to receive updates.
  4. Update to the Latest AIV Version

    • Ensure you are using the most recent version of AIV, as older versions might not support the latest notification features.
  5. Contact AIV Support

    • If none of the above resolves the issue, contact AIV support for additional assistance.
