The Backup User feature in AIV allows you to assign a user to manage your account in your absence. This is helpful when you're away or unable to access AIV, ensuring that tasks continue without interruptions. To enable the Backup User feature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Control Panel.

  2. Select the Backup User option.

  3. Assign a user who will manage your account.

  4. Specify the duration during which they will have access.

  5. Make sure to save your changes to activate the Backup User feature.

By enabling this feature, you ensure that your account is managed seamlessly when you're unavailable.
