How do I enable or disable pivot drill in AIV?

To enable or disable the pivot drill feature in AIV, follow these steps:

1. Access Widget Edit Mode:

   • Navigate to the dashboard and enter the widget edit mode by selecting the pivot widget you wish to modify.

2. Locate the Drill Data Checkbox:

   • In the edit window, find the checkbox labeled 'Disable Pivot Drill Data' at the bottom left side. By default, this option is enabled, allowing drill functionality.

3. Disable the Pivot Drill:

   • To disable the drill feature, simply uncheck the 'Disable Pivot Drill Data' checkbox.

4. Modify Settings for Preview:

   • Next, go to the Settings tab and click on Miscellaneous. Uncheck the option labeled 'Hide Icon in Preview' to ensure the drill icon is visible.

5. Save Your Changes:

   • After making these adjustments, save your changes.

6. Test the Pivot Widget:

   • Switch to Preview mode. Now, when you click on any data point within the pivot widget, the detailed data view should not open, confirming that the drill feature has been successfully disabled.
