How to Download Pivot Analysis in Excel from AIV?

You want to download pivot analysis data from AIV into Excel. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you achieve this:

Enabling the Download Icon

1. Enter Dashboard Edit Mode:

   • Go to your AIV dashboard and click the Edit button to enable editing features.

2. Access Pivot Widget Settings:

   • Click on the Settings icon of the pivot widget where you want to download the data.

3. Navigate to Miscellaneous Settings:

   • In the settings panel, locate and select the Miscellaneous Settings section.

4. Enable the Download Icon:

   • Uncheck the Hide Download Icon checkbox. This action enables the download icon in the preview.

5. Enable Icons in Preview Mode:

   • Uncheck the Hide Icon in Preview checkbox to ensure that icons are visible during the preview.

6. Switch to Preview Mode:

   • After enabling the download icon, switch to Preview mode.

7. Hover Over the Pivot Widget:

   • Hover your cursor over the pivot widget to reveal the download icon.
