Can I share AIV Dashboards and Reports with Internal and External users?

Yes, sharing dashboards and analytics is crucial to share your findings with others. To learn how to share dashboards, please refer to our documentation at  "AIV Dashboard Share/Edit Guide".

Sharing with Internal Users:

• Select a Dashboard or Report: Choose a dashboard or report from your section.
• Right-Click and Share: Right-click on the report or dashboard, and in the dashboard, you'll find two options: "Share" and "Share Edit".

      Share Edit: In this section, you can permit users to edit the dashboard. However,                          reports can only be shared with available users.

• Choose Visibility: Select private, public, or internal visibility.
• Share: Click the "Share" button to share with internal users.
  
  

Sharing with External Users:

• Select a Dashboard or Report: Choose a dashboard or report from your section.
• Right-click and Download: Right-click, and select "Download" to download as a file.
• Embed: Embed the dashboard or report internally or externally, and generate an embed link to share with external users.
