How to Share and Edit a Dashboard in AIV?

Follow these steps to share and allow editing of a dashboard in AIV:

1. Log in to AIV: Access your AIV account and navigate to the dashboard you want to share.
   
   

2. Select the "Share" Option: Click the "Share" button, typically located in the dashboard settings or toolbar.
   
   

3. Choose Sharing Method: Decide how you want to share the dashboard. You can either send it via email or generate a shareable link.
   
   

4. Set Permissions to Edit:

   • In the sharing options, select “Edit” permissions to allow others to modify the dashboard.
   • You can also set “View Only” if you want to restrict editing access.
     
     

5. Invite Users: Enter the email addresses of those you want to share the dashboard with or distribute the shareable link.
   
   

6. Confirm Sharing: Click “Send” or “Share” to finalize the sharing process.
