What visibility settings are available for editing a Dynamic Message in AIV?

When editing a Dynamic Message in AIV, you can choose from three visibility settings to control who can view your message:

1. Private: Only the current user or owner can view the message.
2. Internal: All users within the organization can view the message.
3. Public: Anyone can view the message.
