Can I schedule data reports in AIV, and how does it work?

Yes, you can schedule data reports in AIV. Scheduling automates the creation and delivery of reports at specified times or intervals, ensuring regular access to updated data without manual effort.

Steps to Schedule a Data Report in AIV:

1. Log in to AIV:
   Use your credentials to access the AIV system.
   

2. Navigate to the Report Request Section:
   Go to the Request or New Report section where reports are created.
   

3. Select the Report Type:
   Choose the report type you wish to schedule (e.g., Adhoc, Group, or Merge report).
   

4. Configure the Report Parameters:

   • Dataset: Select the dataset for your report.
   • Filters and Parameters: Specify relevant parameters like date ranges and fields.
   • Format: Choose the output format (PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.).
     

5. Open the Scheduling Options:

   • After configuring the report, find and click the Schedule button to set when and how often the report should be generated.
     

6. Set the Scheduling Details:

   • Frequency: Select the frequency (e.g., once, right now, or recurring).
     

7. Choose Delivery Options:

   • Email Delivery: Configure the report to be emailed to specific recipients.
     

8. Submit the Scheduled Report:
