How to Add a Form Builder Component in AIV?

Log in to AIV: Access your AIV account.
Open Your Dashboard: Navigate to the target dashboard.
Access the Component Menu: Click the Component icon at the top left.
Select the Form Builder: Choose the Form Builder from the component list.
Drag and Drop: Place the Form Builder in your desired dashboard location.
Configure Form Fields: Open the configuration panel to add and customize fields (text boxes, dropdowns, etc.).
Set Up Submission Options: Define how submissions will be handled (e.g., save to the database, send an email).
Save Your Changes: Click Save to retain your configurations.
Preview the Form: Test the form’s appearance and functionality.
Share the Dashboard: If necessary, share access with users.
