Why is the filter not reflecting the required results in the AIV dashboard?

If the filter in your AIV dashboard is not showing the expected results, follow these troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check Filter Connection with Widgets:
    Ensure the filter is correctly connected to the widgets in the dashboard. A broken link between the filter and widgets can cause issues in displaying the correct results.

  2. Verify Dataset Used:
    Cross-check the dataset applied to both the filter and the target widgets. A mismatch in the dataset between these elements can lead to incorrect or no results.

  3. Filter Configuration Errors: Double-check the filter settings, including the selected filter type, values, and conditions. Incorrect configurations can lead to unexpected results.
     

  4. Remove and Re-Add Filter:
    As a last resort, remove the filter from the dashboard and add it again. Re-adding the filter can resolve any issues related to configuration or data fetching.
