How do I receive and manage my AIV commercial license and support?

Once you request a license, the license key will be sent to your email that is provided when the request is made.  

Upon receiving the license key, the user is required to update the license key via the license section under the Administration section. 

you will require t typically won't need an internet connection to use AIV, unless you have a cloud-based environment. In that case, an internet connection is required to ensure seamless functionality. To update your license, simply update the license file and you're good to go. This process is easy to manage.
